Since taking office in June 2025, we have:
- Signed contract with a new (and less expensive) vendor to cut grass along rights of way and stormwater management area
- Filed backlogged annual reports with the State of Delaware and paid past-due franchise taxes
- Re-established reimbursement process with DelDOT for snow removal and received $750 reimbursement even though deadline had expired
- Set up new signatures at bank
- Visited with and received updates from our accountant, TaxChicks
- Reviewed years worth of documents, letters, notices, HOA fee info, and other paraphernalia
- Submitted certificate of revival to Delaware to bring our corporate charter back to life
- Submitted change of registered agent and address to Delaware Division of Corporations
- Submitted a change of address to the IRS
- Built this website to keep neighbors thoroughly informed
- Developed a survey to gauge community interests
