Since taking office in June 2025, we have:

• Signed contract with a new (and less expensive) vendor to cut grass along rights of way and stormwater management area
• Filed backlogged annual reports with the State of Delaware and paid past-due franchise taxes
• Re-established reimbursement process with DelDOT for snow removal and received $750 reimbursement even though deadline had expired
• Set up new signatures at bank
• Visited with and received updates from our accountant, TaxChicks
• Reviewed years worth of documents, letters, notices, HOA fee info, and other paraphernalia
• Submitted certificate of revival to Delaware to bring our corporate charter back to life
• Submitted change of registered agent and address to Delaware Division of Corporations
• Submitted a change of address to the IRS
• Built this website to keep neighbors thoroughly informed
• Developed a survey to gauge community interests
